Employer Guidelines

Welcome to EmployHub. These Employer Guidelines explain the rules and responsibilities for employers using our platform. By posting jobs on EmployHub, you agree to follow these guidelines along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility to Post Jobs

Only legitimate employers, recruiters, or authorized representatives may post job listings on EmployHub. You must have the legal right to hire for the position you are advertising.

2. Accurate Job Information

All job postings must be:

  • Truthful and accurate
  • Clearly written
  • Relevant to the position offered

Each job post should include:

  • Job title
  • Job description
  • Location (or remote status)
  • Employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, etc.)

3. Prohibited Job Postings

The following are not allowed on EmployHub:

  • Fake or misleading job postings
  • Scam jobs or fraudulent offers
  • Jobs requiring upfront fees from job seekers
  • Pyramid schemes, MLMs, or deceptive commission-based roles
  • Adult, explicit, or illegal content
  • Discriminatory job postings based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or any protected characteristic

4. Fair Hiring Practices

Employers must comply with all applicable employment and labor laws in their jurisdiction, including:

  • Equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws
  • Wage and employment standards
  • Workplace safety requirements

Unethical, abusive, or exploitative practices are strictly prohibited.

5. Communication With Job Seekers

Employers should:

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully
  • Provide accurate information during the hiring process
  • Avoid requesting sensitive personal information unless legally required

6. Use of Applicant Information

Job seeker data may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes.
Selling, sharing, or misusing applicant information is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Responsibility

Employers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their account
  • All actions taken under their account
  • Keeping account details accurate and up to date

EmployHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

8. Job Posting Review & Removal

EmployHub may review, edit, or remove job postings that:

  • Violate these Employer Guidelines
  • Violate our Terms of Service
  • Appear misleading or fraudulent
  • Receive multiple user complaints

Removal may occur without prior notice.

9. No Guarantee of Hiring Results

EmployHub does not guarantee:

  • Job applications
  • Candidate quality
  • Successful hiring outcomes

Employers are responsible for all hiring decisions.

We may update these Employer Guidelines from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
